About Aries:
This Cardinal Fire sign is confident, strong willed, determined, and full of upbeat energy. Known to be pioneers in all areas of life, Aries carries an unmistakable air of bravery and resilience.
Ruled by action oriented planet of Mars, and the 1st House, an Aries is likely to act first and think later. They are aware of the unique and irreplaceable role they play in business affairs, entertainment, and personal relationships. Represented by the Ram, Aries folks are natural leaders and organizers. They're known to take challenges and conflicts "head on".
Aries can be a bit aggressive and combative, in their approach, but it comes from their strong passion and desire that propels them forward.
About The Emperor:
If the Empress is "to be", the Emperor is "to do". The figure in the card is a reference to deity Amon-Ra, known as the king of Gods. Amon-Ra was often depicted as a man with a Ram's head, thus crowning the Ram the official symbol for Aries.
The Emperor holds the Ankh in one hand, the Egyptian symbol for life, and holds an orb or globe in the other hand, representing the world he watches over. His red clothing symbolizes power, security, stability, and a strong root chakra. The mountains and structures behind home are indicative of a solid foundation that is resistant to changes.
This card can represent a father figure, a boss, or an authority figure who holds some form of power over you. The Emperor also suggests you are taking on a fatherly role, regardless of your gender expression. You may be the provider or protector for your family, or the person who takes the lead in difficult situations.
You can create calm out of chaos by setting boundaries, creating routines, or building a structured plan. This is a good time to sharpen or exercise your leadership skills!
